LinkOpp Free Webspace Server Change

After 8 long years on the same server host, we are moving all LinkOpp domains to a faster and more advanced hosting provider to reduce costs. It’s funny that being on an older server would cost more, but it’s reality.

If you are a LinkOpp domain hosting customer or free webspace hosting customer you will be notified shortly as to the status of your accounts. Banner customers may notice some downtime as well during the restore process.

We have been clearing out many old free webspace accounts. Our policy has always been that if you do not login within 90 days we may delete your account, but we have stretched that out to as much as 2 years in some cases.

The simple fact of the matter is that if you are still using a free webspace host in this day and age to try and build an online business you’re making a big mistake. Hosting is so inexpensive these days it’s essential you get your own domain.
